In a bowl, and using a mixer, beat the eggs until foamy. Then add the rest of the ingredients slowly until everything is mixed. If you want the mixture to be sweet, add one teaspoon of sugar.
Heat a non-stick pan or skillet, and using a ladle, pour some of the mix spreading well to form thin crepes.
Cook each side of the crepe for about 2 minutes until golden brown and place it on a plate.
Fill the crepes with ham and cheese and roll them. Serve them hot.
